  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  2. Sprinkle a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan with 2 Tbsp. brown sugar.
  3. Combine baking mix, granulated sugar, butter, egg, and water; beat for 30 seconds.
  4. Spread half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with the sugar mixture, and add the remaining batter.
  5. Pour Pineapple Glaze over the batter and sprinkle with coconut.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until coconut is nicely browned. Serve warm.
