  1. Mix oleo, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Spread half the dough into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with half the topping.
  4. Add remaining dough and sprinkle the rest of the topping on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35–40 minutes.
