AMISH SUGAR COOKIE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup oleo
• 1 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 4 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions:

1. Sift flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
2. Cream together sugars, oleo, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Press down with a flat-bottomed glass dipped in flour.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
