BEACON HILL COOKIES

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
  2. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
  3. Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Beat in vanilla and vinegar.
  5. Fold in melted chocolate and nuts.
  6. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove immediately from the cookie sheet.
