BROWN SUGAR PECAN ROUNDS

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup soft margarine
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions:

1. Mix margarine, brown sugar, and egg.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Drop dough by teaspoons about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12–15 minutes or until set.
5. Yield: 4–5 dozen.
