COCONUT REFRIGERATOR COOKIES

Instructions:

  1. Sift flour and add soda and salt; sift again.
  2. Cream margarine and add sugars gradually, mixing until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, flour, oats, nuts, and coconut; mix well.
  4. Shape dough into rolls and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour before baking.
  6. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
