CHERRY CREPES

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend sour cream and brown sugar; set aside.
  3. Beat baking mix, egg, and milk until smooth.
  4. Spoon 2 Tbsp. batter into a greased skillet, rotating to coat. Cook until bubbles appear; turn to cook other side.
  5. Spoon 1 Tbsp. sour cream mixture onto each crepe and roll.
  6. Place seam side down on a platter and bake for 5 minutes.
  7. Heat pie filling and liqueur; ignite liqueur. Spoon over crepes.
