FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT

  1. For the first layer, mix ingredients and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes; cool.
  2. Mix second layer ingredients and spread over cooled crust.
  3. Prepare pudding, spread as the third layer.
  4. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle pecans. Refrigerate until serving.
