JELLO DESSERT WITH CUSTARD

Ingredients:

• 1 medium can crushed pineapple
• 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
• 1 box jello

Custard:

• Egg yolks from the separated eggs
• Sugar (to taste)
• Milk (to coat a spoon)

Instructions:

1. Drain pineapple; use the juice as part of the liquid to dissolve jello.
2. Beat jello mixture until frothy when partially set; fold in pineapple and egg whites.
3. For custard, blend yolks, sugar, and milk, cooking gently until thickened. Serve with dessert.
