SWEDISH CREAM

Ingredients:

• 1 c. whipping cream
• 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:

1. Mix whipping cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
2. Cool slightly, then fold in sour cream and vanilla.
3. Pour into cups or glasses and refrigerate until set, 1-2 hours.
4. Optional: Layer with fruit before serving.
