ALABAMA PECAN PIE

Ingredients:

• 1 c. corn syrup
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1 c. chopped or whole pecans
• 3 eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a rotary beater.
3. Pour into an uncooked pie shell.
4. Bake for about 1 hour, or until set.
5. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
