  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare pastry for a 9-inch one-crust pie as directed on the package, stirring in chopped nuts before adding water.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, syrup, and cream.
  4. Stir in vanilla, brandy, and pecans.
  5. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.
  7. Cool before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
