IMPOSSIBLE PIE

Ingredients:

• 4 or 5 eggs
• 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 c. milk
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. coconut
• 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
2. Pour mixture into a buttered and floured large pie pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
