PEACH PARFAIT PIE

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve jello in hot water in a 2 qt. saucepan.
  2. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
  3. Chill until thickened but not set (15-20 minutes).
  4. Pour mixture into the cooled pie shell.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and additional peaches if desired.
