PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 tall can evaporated milk
• 2 graham cracker crusts

Instructions:

1. Cook gelatin, sugar, pineapple, and egg together until the boiling point is reached.
2. Beat stiff evaporated milk that has been chilled overnight.
3. Fold beaten milk into the cooked filling.
4. Pour mixture into graham cracker crusts and refrigerate.
