ENGLISH BULLY PUDDING

Ingredients:

• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. milk
• 1 c. dates
• 1/2 c. nut meats, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions:

1. Sift together the dry ingredients in a 1 qt. dish.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour until the crust is medium brown and crusty.
4. Serve warm with cream.
