PARFAIT

Ingredients:

• 2 c. chilled Milnot
• 1 pkg. instant pudding

Kool-Top:

• 1/4 c. Milnot
• 1/4 tsp. strawberry Kool-Aid
• 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
• 4 strawberry mints

Instructions:

1. Beat chilled Milnot and pudding with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Layer in parfait glasses with crumbs and pudding flavors.
3. For Kool-Top, whip chilled Milnot with sugar and Kool-Aid until stiff. Garnish parfaits with this mixture before serving.
