Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, oleo, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Fold in marshmallow cream, then chocolate chips, and stir until blended.
  4. Add vanilla and pour into two buttered 9 x 9-inch pans.
