CREAM CENTERS

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 c. dry fondant
• 2/3 c. marshmallow cream
• 3 Tbsp. warm water
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. dry yeast (dissolved in water)
• 3 1/2 c. dry fondant

Instructions:

1. Mix the first six ingredients until creamy and smooth.
2. Gradually add 3 1/2 c. dry fondant and knead until smooth.
3. Shape into centers and dip as desired.
4. Suggestions for Centers:
5. Orange flavoring, orange color, grated orange rind, and pecans.
