CARAMEL CRUNCH

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter and corn syrup in an electric skillet at 250°F until melted.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and blend until smooth.
  3. Heat without stirring until mixture foams and doubles in volume.
  4. Add cereal and stir until coated.
  5. Spread on a buttered cookie sheet to cool, then break into pieces.
