Instructions:

  1. Cook and drain carrots.
  2. Melt butter and Velveeta cheese together.
  3. Add the melted mixture to carrots and mix well.
  4. Pour into a casserole dish.
  5. Brown crackers in the remaining butter and drizzle over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
