CAULIFLOWER SCALLOPS

Instructions:

  1. Wash and separate cauliflower into florets.
  2. Cook until crispy tender and drain.
  3. Arrange cauliflower in a baking dish.
  4. Blend together soup, milk, and half of the cheese; pour over cauliflower.
  5. Combine remaining cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
