CORN PUDDING

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl for 30 seconds.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and beat until blended.
  4. Pour into the casserole, sprinkle with paprika, and set in a pan of warm water.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until set. Serve directly from the casserole (makes 4-6 servings).
