CHEESE BALL

Ingredients:

• 2 large Cream Cheese
• 1 small Onion (chopped fine)
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1/3 cup Nuts (chopped fine)
• 1 pkg Dried Beef (chopped fine)
• 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
• Dash of Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients well and chill for about 2 hours.
2. Roll the mixture into a ball.
3. Save some chopped nuts and dried beef to roll around the cheese ball for coating.
4. Serve chilled.
