  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine sugar and oil.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the sugar and oil.
  5. Add the carrots and eggs one at a time.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until done.
