CARROT BREAD

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix just until blended.
  4. Pour into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then loosen edges and remove from the pan.
