BRAN MUFFINS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Beat eggs with oil and buttermilk, then add to dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
  5. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Batter can be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks. Makes about 6 dozen muffins.
