PEANUT BUTTER BRUNCH ROLL

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Press seams of crescent rolls together and roll into a 7x10-inch rectangle.
  4. Sprinkle with the reserved peanut mixture, roll up jelly-roll style.
  5. Form into an "S" shape and place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Cut slits 1 inch apart, about ⅔ through the roll.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, honey, and milk, then spread on the roll.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and serve. Serves 6-8.
