CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x8x2 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip egg yolks with water, chocolate extract, and sweetener until frothy.
  3. Stir in bread crumbs and dry milk.
  4. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
  6. Cool, slice in half, and spread vanilla filling between layers.

  10. 5 tbsp Butter
  11. Sweetener to equal 6 tsp Sugar
  12. 1/3 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
  13. 1 tsp Vanilla
  14. Instructions:
  15. In a small bowl, cream butter and sweetener.
  16. Add dry milk and beat until fluffy.
  17. Add vanilla and continue beating.
  18. Spread evenly between cake layers.
