RUM CAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch tube pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  4. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
  5. RUM CAKE GLAZE

  8. 1 ½ tbsp Milk
  9. 1 tbsp Butter
  10. 1 tbsp Orange Juice
  11. ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  12. Instructions:
  13. Heat milk and butter until melted, add orange juice, then stir in powdered sugar.
  14. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
