TEXAS SHEET CAKE

Ingredients:

• 2 sticks Oleo
• 1 cup Water
• 4 tbsp Cocoa
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 tsp Soda
• ½ tsp Salt
• 2 Eggs
• ½ cup Sour Cream

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12x18 inch pan.
2. Bring oleo, water, and cocoa to a boil.
3. Pour into a mixing bowl, then add sugar, flour, and soda. Beat well.
4. Add eggs, sour cream, and salt. Mix well.
5. Pour into the greased pan and bake for 25 minutes.

12. 1 box Confectioners Sugar
13. 1 tsp Vanilla
14. Chopped Nuts (optional)

16. Bring oleo, cocoa, and milk to a boil.
17. Add sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Frost the cake while hot.
