APPLE PIE CAKE

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Sifted Flour
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• ½ tsp Allspice
• 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
• 1 can Apple Pie Filling
• ½ cup Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 cup Chopped Dates
• ½ cup Chopped Nuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
2. Sift together dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, apple pie filling, oil, vanilla, dates, and nuts.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
5. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
6. Serve with whipped cream or plain.
