RHUBARB CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease one oblong and one round 8-inch pan.
  2. Cream together brown sugar and oleo in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, and then the milk with dissolved soda.
  4. Mix in flour and salt, then fold in diced rhubarb.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  6. Mix together 1 cup Sugar and 1 tsp Cinnamon, then sprinkle over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes and serve with whipped cream.
