GINGER BREAD

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
  2. Cream together sugar, oleo, and egg. Add molasses and boiling water, then mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and salt. Add to the molasses mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour into the greased pan and bake for 35 minutes.
