BUTTER BRITTLE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Salted Spanish Peanuts
• 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions:

1. Make the basic candy recipe (as per Magic Candy) but add 1 cup peanuts after the mixture melts.
2. Continue cooking to 270°F.
3. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
4. Pour onto a warm, buttered cookie sheet and spread to the desired thickness.
5. Once cool, crack into pieces.
