CARAMEL TURTLES

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Grease a cookie sheet. Arrange pecans flat-side down in clusters of 4.
  2. Place 1 caramel on each cluster of pecans.
  3. Heat in a 325°F oven for 4-8 minutes, until the caramels soften.
  4. Remove from oven and flatten the caramels with a buttered spatula.
  5. Cool slightly, then swirl melted chocolate on top of each turtle. Allow to cool completely.
