COCONUT BALLS

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix together sugar, condensed milk, vanilla, butter, and coconut.
  2. If the mixture is too soft, add a little more coconut.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to chill.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls or squares.
  5. Melt 3 packages of chocolate or chocolate chips and dip the balls into the chocolate.
  6. Place on wax paper to cool and set. Keep refrigerated.
