OVERNIGHT CHEESE SOUFFLE

Instructions:

  1. Tear bread into pieces and place in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over the bread.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, mustard, salt, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the bread and cheese.
  4. Dot with butter, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Remove from the fridge 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Ideal for a brunch.
