BROWN SUGAR COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Shortening
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 tsp Salt
• 3 ½ cups Flour
• 2 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into a log and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. Slice and bake for 10 minutes.
