EASTER COOKIES

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
  2. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Chill dough for easier handling.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  5. Roll dough out on a floured board to 1/8 inch thickness and cut with Easter-shaped cutters.
  6. Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. When cool, decorate as desired.
