PINEAPPLE COOKIES

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat margarine, sugar, and egg until light and fluffy. Add crushed pineapple and pecans, and set aside.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. Blend the dry ingredients into the pineapple mixture.
  4. Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
