PECAN TASSEY

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Soften and combine cream cheese and butter, then stir in flour.
  3. Chill for 1 hour, then shape into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased muffin cups.
  4. Press into cups and shape into small shells.
  5. Divide half of the pecans among the pastry cups, then pour the egg mixture over them. Top with remaining pecans.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
