CHEESY LEMON BARS

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Stir until moist and press into the pan.
  3. Blend frosting mix into softened cream cheese, reserving 1 cup for frosting. Add 2 eggs to the remaining mixture and beat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spread over the base and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Cool, then frost with the reserved frosting.
