GRAHAM CRACKER SQUARES

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, nuts, and sugar. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat eggs until lemon-colored and foamy, about 3 minutes. Stir in condensed milk, coconut, and vanilla. Spread over the crust.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chocolate melts.
  6. Spread melted chocolate over the top. Cool completely before cutting into 1 ½-inch squares. Makes about 4 dozen.
