FROSTED MOLASSES CREAMS

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream shortening and sugar. Blend in egg, molasses, and coffee.
  3. Sift together remaining ingredients and add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Pour into a greased, lined 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. While warm, frost with confectioners' sugar frosting. Cool and cut into squares.
