CREAM CHEESE TART

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla together.
  3. Place one wafer, round side down, in each small candy paper on a baking sheet.
  4. Add 1 tbsp filling to each cup.
  5. Bake for 13 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Top each tart with a cherry and some cherry filling.
  7. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Makes 30 tarts.
