SAUCY MEATBALLS

Instructions:

  1. Combine ground beef, Parmesan, bread crumbs, milk, and egg.
  2. Shape into 20 meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in shortening and drain the fat.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  5. Combine tomatoes, Heinz 57 sauce, sugar, and salt. Pour over meatballs.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
