BROWN MEAT STEW

Instructions:

  1. Cut meat into small pieces. Roll in salt, pepper, flour, and paprika.
  2. Brown the meat in fat in a skillet. Transfer browned meat to a large pot.
  3. Add water, Worcestershire sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, and catsup to the pot. Simmer for about 2 hours.
  4. Add chopped potatoes, carrots, and onions. Cover and cook for another hour or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot.
