Instructions:

  1. Mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread, salt, and pepper. Form into 16 meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs in a skillet. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve meatballs over cooked noodles.
