RHUBARB STRAWBERRY JAM

Instructions:

  1. Combine cooked rhubarb and sugar in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry Jello.
  4. Skim off foam if necessary and pour into sterilized jars. Seal with paraffin wax.
